摘 要:传统施工进度成本优化模型是通过增加人工或机械的数量使工期缩短,从而达到降低成本的目的。通过利用建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)的施工组织优化设计、施工模拟、碰撞检测和信息集成等优势,可以实现降低直接费用并缩短工期,BIM应用深度不同,缩短工期的程度也不同,基于此建立了BIM一级、二级、三级应用施工进度成本优化模型。通过对4个施工进度成本优化模型的工期、成本进行对比,找出最佳方案,实现各类工程项目工期、成本控制目标。The traditional construction schedule-cost optimization model shortens the construction period by increasing the number of labor or machinery,thereby achieving the purpose of reducing costs.Through the advantages of BIM technology such as construction organization optimization design,construction simulation,collision detection and information integration,the construction period can be shortened without increasing direct costs,and the application depth is different,and the degree of shortening the construction period is different.On this basis,the first,second and third level application construction-cost optimization model of BIM is established.By comparing the construction period and cost of the four construction schedule-cost optimization models,the best scheme is found to meet the construction period and cost control objectives of various engineering projects.
