摘 要:采用聚醚二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)等为原料,以二丁基二月桂酸锡(DBTDL)为催化剂,合成了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)预聚体,并与光引发剂、活性稀释剂复配,制备了一系列紫外光(UV)/湿气双重固化的防护涂料。讨论了NCO含量、碳碳双键含量及活性稀释剂种类、比例等对防护涂料涂膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和凝胶率等性能的影响。结果表明:以一定比例的聚三亚甲基醚二醇(Mn=2 000)、HEMA与IPDI反应、添加适量甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、聚丙二醇(Mn=670)二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯及光敏剂UV-1173,得到的防护涂料涂膜经UV/湿气固化后,拉伸强度可达9.89 MPa,断裂伸长率为99.7%,凝胶率为98.54%。Polyurethane acrylate(PUA)prepolymer was prepared with polyether diol,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),using dibutyl tin dilaurate(DBTDL)as the catalyst.A series of UV-moisture dual curable protective coatings were prepared by adding proper amount of a photoinitiator and active diluent acrylates.The effects of NCO contents,carbon-carbon double bond contents,the type and proportion of active diluents in the mixture on the film properties of the protective coatings were discussed,such as tensile strength,elongation at break and gel rate.The results showed that,when a certain proportion of polytrimethylene ether diol(PO3G-H2000,Mn=2000),HEMA and IPDI were reacted together with appropriate amount of isobornyl methacrylate,polypropylene glycol(Mn=670)diacrylate,tripropylene glycol diacrylate and photosensitizer UV-1173,the protective coating after curing by UV/moisture could reach the tensile strength of 9.89 MPa,elongation at break 99.7%,gel rate 98.54%.
