摘  要:分别将Irgastab PUR 70和传统酚类抗氧剂AO-1135加入空白高活性聚醚中,并采用常温、低温长时间及高温短时间放置3种方式对聚醚样品进行老化试验,将老化后的聚醚多元醇用于高回弹泡沫的发泡,考察了抗氧剂品种和用量对高活性聚醚及高回弹泡沫的抗氧化性、紫外光照黄变、醛类含量、反应活性的影响。结果表明,使用Irgastab PUR 70的聚醚多元醇具有优异的抗氧化性、醛类含量低的特点,用其发泡的泡沫制品的物理性能和紫外变色稳定性与使用AO-1135聚醚的样品相当。在添加量方面,Trgastabe PUR 70可以比AO-1135降低30%以上。Irgastab PUR 70 and traditional phenolic antioxidant AO-1135 were added to the blank high activity polyether respectively.The polyether samples were aging tested in three ways of normal temperature,low temperature for a long time and high temperature for a short time.The aged polyether polyol was used for preparing high resilience foam.The effects of antioxidant varieties and dosage on the antioxidant activity,UV yellowing,aldehyde content and reaction activity of high activity polyether and high resilience foam were investigated.The results indicated that the polyether polyol containing Irgastab PUR 70 had excellent oxidation resistance and low aldehyde content.The physical properties and UV color change stability of the foam products foamed with it were equivalent to those of the samples using AO-1135 polyether.As to dosage,Irgastab PUR 70 could be reduced by more than 30%compared with AO-1135.
