摘　　要：在相同基础配方和发泡剂的基础上,对3种牌号聚合MDI (PM200、PM400和PM700)在聚氨酯冰箱冷柜中的应用性能进行了研究,考察了PM200、PM400和PM700对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料发泡速率和泡沫的压缩强度、尺寸稳定性、导热系数、泡孔尺寸和线性膨胀等性能的影响。结果表明,采用PM400或PM700替换PM200时,发泡反应速度加快,泡沫的压缩强度和尺寸稳定性提高,导热系数降低,泡孔尺寸和线性膨胀系数变小,但用PM700配制硬泡组合料的成本较高,物料流动性较差。Based on the same basic formula and foaming agent,the application performance of three brands of polymerized MDI(PM200,PM400 and PM700)in polyurethane refrigerator freezer was studied.The effects of PM200,PM400 and PM700 on foaming rate,compression strength,dimensional stability,thermal conductivity,pore size and linear expansion of rigid polyurethane foam were investigated.The results showed that,when PM200 was replaced with PM400 and PM700,the reactivity was accelerated,the compressive strength and dimensional stability were improved,the thermal conductivity was decreased,and the linear expansion coefficient of bubble size was reduced.However the cost of rigid polyurethane foam system prepared by PM700 was higher and the liquidity was poor.
