摘  要:本文对山达克铜矿新建选厂碎磨流程进行半自磨工艺与高压辊磨工艺的详细技术经济比较。结果表明,建设投资方面高压辊磨流程比半自磨流程高567.4万美元;运营成本方面,高压辊磨流程能耗低,半自磨流程比高压辊磨流程吨矿电耗高2.78 kWh/t,全流程来看半自磨流程比高压辊磨流程吨矿成本高0.54美元;综合费用现值,当折现率8%时半自磨流程比高压辊磨流程费用现值高708.6万美元。综上所述,山达克铜矿采用高压辊磨工艺具有更好的经济效益。Technical and economic comparison between SABC and HPGR process was conducted for Shandake copper mine new plant.The results indicate that the investment of HPGR process is 5674 thousand dollar higher than SABC process.Energy consumption for treating one ton of ore of SABC process is 2.78 kWh/t higher than that of HPGR process.The operating cost of HPGR process is 0.54 dollar lower than SABC process when treating one ton of ore.Net present value of SABC process is 7086 thousand dollar higher than that of HPGR process when internal rate of return is 8%.In the long run,HPGR process has more better economic benefits for Shandake copper mine.
