摘  要:厦门舜弘自在城为总高79.05m的17层高层建筑。其顶部5层通过两次连接体,将三栋塔楼连成整体。工程结构存在扭转不规则、刚度突变、构件间断等多项不规则项。结构设计采用多种计算软件进行分析,结构各项指标均满足规范要求。结合性能目标要求进行抗震性能设计,采取了有针对性的加强措施,收到良好的效果。Xiamen Shunhong Zizai City is a 17-storey high-rise building with a total height of 79.05m.The top five floors connect the three towers as a whole through two connecting bodies.There are many irregularities in engineering structures,such as torsional irregularities,sudden changes in stiffness,and member discontinuities.The structural design adopts various calculation software for analysis,and all indicators of the structure meet the specification requirements.Seismic performance design was carried out based on performance objectives and targeted strengthening measures were taken,achieving good results.
