摘 要:针对剖分式直齿锥齿轮齿面的立铣刀铣齿加工,本文提出了一种立铣刀侧铣加工剖分式直齿锥齿轮时的刀位求解方法。根据直齿锥齿轮齿面成形原理,建立了齿面加工坐标系,分析了剖分体的齿面加工路径。通过刀具位置及其姿态分析,进行了齿面数控加工过程的刀位求解,得到了在剖分轮坯上切齿时刀心坐标、刀轴矢量的显函数表达式。在此基础上,通过后置处理及数控加工编程,结合VERICUT软件进行了切齿加工仿真及结果分析。通过侧铣加工及测量实验,验证了本文提出的立铣刀侧铣加工剖分式直齿锥齿轮时刀位求解方法的可行性和正确性。实验结果表明:加工出齿轮的齿距极限偏差为25.3μm,齿距累积总偏差为21.8μm,径向圆跳动偏差为38.3μm,齿廓总偏差最大偏差为5.6μm,齿廓形状公差最大偏差为2.6μm,所有加工偏差值均在正常的范围之内,且达到了规定的特大型直齿锥齿轮的精度标准。In order to realize the milling of split straight bevel gear tooth surface based on the end milling cutter,a cutter position solution method of side milling for the split straight bevel gear was proposed in this paper.According to the tooth surface forming principle of straight bevel gear,the tooth surface machining coordinate system was established,and the tooth surface machining path of the split body was analyzed.The tool position and its attitude was analyzed,the tool position solution in the computerized numerical control(CNC)machining process of gear tooth surfaces was realized,and the explicit function expressions of the tool center coordinate and the tool axis vector were obtained in milling the split wheel blank.On this basis,through post-processing and NC machining programming,the gear cutting simulation and results analysis were carried out by means of the VERICUT software.Finally,through side milling and measurement experiments,the feasibility and correctness of the cutter position solution method proposed were verified.The experimental results show that all the machining deviation values of the machined gear are within the normal range.The maximum tooth pitch error is 25.3μm,the total cumulative pitch error is 21.8μm,the radial circular run-out error is 38.3μm,the maximum tooth profile total error is 5.6μm,and the maximum tooth profile shape error is 2.6μm,which comprehensively reach the specified accuracy standard of the extra-large straight bevel gear.
