摘 要:针对潜水器海水液压浮力调节特殊工况需求,提出了满足双向密封要求的电磁截止阀总体结构。围绕双向电磁截止阀低流阻特性和高密封性能设计要求,分析了阀口开度对截止阀流阻的影响,阀座微倒角和密封力对截止阀密封比压的影响,提出了基于流阻和密封性能的综合性能设计方法,获得了阀口开度的优选区间。研制了海水液压电磁截止阀样机,测试了流阻特性、密封性能和吸入效率。结果表明:样机在额定流量3 L/min时流阻小于640 Pa,在1 MPa下实现双向零泄漏,吸入效率超过98.7%。In view of the special working conditions of the seawater hydraulic buoyancy regulation of submersible,the overall structure of the solenoid cut-off valve meeting the requirements of bi-directional sealing was proposed.Focusing on the design requirements of low flow resistance and high sealing performance of bi-directional solenoid cut-off valve,the influence of valve opening on the flow resistance of the valve,and the influence of valve seat chamfer and sealing force on the sealing specific pressure of the valve were analyzed.A comprehensive performance design method based on flow resistance and sealing performance was proposed,and the optimal range of valve opening was obtained.The prototype of seawater hydraulic solenoid cut-off valve was developed.The flow resistance characteristics,sealing performance and suction efficiency of the valve were tested.The results show that the flow resistance of the prototype is less than 640 Pa at 3 L/min,the bidirectional zero leakage is achieved under 1 MPa,and the suction efficiency is more than 98.7%.
