摘 要:以纳米二氧化铈为载体,氯金酸为前驱体,硼氢化钠为还原剂,制备了一系列负载型纳米金光催化剂(Au/CeO_(2))。采用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD),电感耦合等离子体光谱仪(ICP-AES),透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段对合成的催化剂进行表征。以环氧苯乙烷加氢反应为探针反应,考察了制备条件对Au/CeO_(2)光催化剂的影响,在合成pH值为7,加热温度和时间分别为90℃和2 h,金质量分数为3%的条件下,得到了最优催化剂。随后优化了催化反应条件,当异丙醇用量为40 mL,KOH用量为底物物质的量的10%,反应时间为10 h,催化剂用量为50 mg,光通量为220 lm时,环氧苯乙烷加氢光催化反应的TOF值高达6.58 h-1,在此反应条件下,催化剂可重复使用4次。A series of supported Au nanoparticle photocatalysts(Au/CeO_(2))were prepared using nanoscale cerium oxides as the supports,chloroauric acid(HAuCl 4)as the Au precursor,and sodium borohydride(NaBH 4)as the reductant.The resultant photocatalysts were characterized by means of X-ray diffractometer(XRD),inductive coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES),and transmission electron microscope(TEM).With photocatalytic hydrogenation of styrene oxide as the test reaction,the effects of preparation conditions on the catalytic performance of photocatalysts were firstly investigated.It was found that the optimum catalyst could be obtained under the conditions of pH value 7.0,synthesis temperature 90℃,synthesis time 2 h,and Au content 3%.Subsequently,the operational variables were optimized.When the amount of isopropanol was 40 mL,the amount of KOH was 10%of the substrate,the dosage of the catalyst was 50 mg,the reaction time was 10 h,and the intensity of light was 220 lm,the optimum catalyst showed a TOF value as high as 6.58 h-1 during the photocatalytic hydrogenation of styrene oxide.Moreover,the photocatalysts could be reused for four times without a significant loss of catalytic activity.
