盐酸羟考酮联合加巴喷丁治疗糖尿病性神经痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析盐酸羟考酮联合加巴喷丁治疗糖尿病性神经痛的效果。方法:选择2021年2月—2022年8月北京市大兴区中西医结合医院收治的70例糖尿病性神经痛患者。按照随机数表法将分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=40),分别实施加巴喷丁、盐酸羟考酮联合加巴喷丁治疗。比较两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、疗效、血清炎症因子及蛋白激酶C的水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2周、4周后,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、蛋白激酶C水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸羟考酮联合加巴喷丁可显著缓解患者的疼痛症状,改善机体的炎症状态及蛋白激酶C的水平,且并未显著增加药物的不良反应,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of Oxycodone Hydrochloride combined with Gabapentin in the treatment of diabetes neuralgia.Method:A total of 70 patients with diabetes neuralgia admitted to Beijing Daxing District Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected.According to the method of random number table,the patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=40),and were treated with Gabapentin,Oxycodone Hydrochloride combined with Gabapentin respectively.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and protein kinase C levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and protein kinase C in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oxycodone Hydrochloride combined with Gabapentin can significantly relieve the pain symptoms of patients,improve the inflammatory state of the body and the level of protein kinase C,and do not significantly increase the adverse reactions of drugs,with high safety.
