女中学生青春期乳房健康发育知识调查分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对北京市某区女中学生乳腺发育知识的调查,了解和掌握青春期女性乳房发育健康知识认知和自我检查情况。为学校开展青春期乳房健康发育的相关知识普及教育提供依据。方法:2022年7—10月,采用自行设计问卷调查方式,对372份无记名有效调查问卷进行统计,分析青春期女中学生获取乳腺发育相关健康知识的途径、乳房发育知识掌握情况及对科普教育的认知情况。结果:该区女中学生对于乳腺发育相关健康知识的获取途径依次是家人、同学朋友、网络、广播电视、书刊、学校开设讲座课程、其他。调查发现有9.9%(37/372)的学生不知道青春期乳腺发育,89.0%(331/372)能正确看待青春期乳腺发育问题。仅有27.2%(101/372)的学生了解乳房需要进行自我检查,8.9%(33/372)的学生能够掌握自我检查的方法。此次调查发现80.1%(298/372)的学生认为学校组织的科普讲座比较单调,97.0%(361/372)的学生认为青春期乳腺发育问题的教育科普很有必要。结论:家人和同学朋友仍然是女中学生获取乳腺发育知识的主要途径,仍然有一小部分学生缺乏乳腺发育知识的认知。青春期乳房健康发育知识的普及途径亟待改进,以适应当前社会环境下的女学生乳房健康发育的保健服务体系。Objective:Through the investigation on the knowledge of breast development of female middle school students in a district of Beijing,to understand and master the cognition and self-examination of adolescent women's breast development health knowledge.To provide basis for the school to carry out the popularization and education of knowledge related to the healthy development of puberty breast.Method:From July to October 2022,a self-designed questionnaire survey was used to collect 372 valid anonymous questionnaires,and analyzed the ways of female middle school students to acquire breast development-related health knowledge,the situation of master breast development knowledge and cognition of popular science education.Result:The ways for female students in junior middle schools in the district to acquire health knowledge related to breast development were family members,classmates and friends,internet,radio and television,books and magazines,lectures offered by schools,and others.The survey found that 9.9%(37/372)of the students did not know about puberty breast development,and 89.0%(331/372)could correctly view puberty breast development.Only 27.2%(101/372)of the students knew that breast self-examination was necessary,and 8.9%(33/372)of the students could master the method of self-examination.The survey found that 80.1%(298/372)of the students thought that the popular science lectures organized by the school were relatively monotonous,and 97.0%(361/372)of the students thought that it was necessary to educate the popular science of adolescent breast development problems.Conclusion:Family members and classmates and friends are still the main way for middle school female students to acquire breast development knowledge,and a small number of students still lack the knowledge of breast development.The way to popularize the knowledge of adolescent breast health development needs to be improved to improve the health care service system for female students'breast health development in the current social environment.
