射干麻黄汤治疗感染后咳嗽(风寒恋肺证)的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用射干麻黄汤治疗感染后咳嗽(风寒恋肺证)的临床效果。方法:选择2019年2月—2021年2月北京中医药大学房山医院收治的120例感染后咳嗽(风寒恋肺证)患者。按随机数表法将全部患者分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组应用常规西医药物治疗(右美沙芬缓释混悬液),观察组在对照组用药基础上服用射干麻黄汤。比较治疗前后两组的莱塞斯特咳嗽生命质量问卷(LCQ)评分、临床疗效、治疗起效时间、咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间。结果:治疗2周后,两组的LCQ各指标评分均高于治疗前,且观察组各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗起效时间、咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射干麻黄汤可改善感染后咳嗽(风寒恋肺证)患者的中西医临床症状,有利于促进患者恢复。Objective:To explore the effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of post infectiou cough(wind cold retention in lung type).Method:A total of 120 patients with post infection cough(wind cold retention in lung type)were enrolled in Fangshan Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected.According to the method of random number table,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(Dextromethorphan Sustained Release Suspension),while the observation group was treated with Shegan Mahuang Decoction based on the medication in the control group.The scores of the Lester cough quality of life questionnaire(LCQ)before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,treatment onset time,cough relief time,and cough disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of all indicators of LCQ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of all indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment onset time,cough relief time,and cough disappearance time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shegan Mahuang Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with after infection cough(wind cold retention in lung type),and is conducive to promoting patient recovery.
