舒适与细节双渗透护理在VATS下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察舒适与细节双渗透护理在电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取厦门大学附属第一医院2020年7月—2021年11月收治的87例VATS下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=43),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加以舒适与细节双渗透护理干预,比较两组下床活动时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、舒适度、护理配合度、遵医行为和护理满意度。结果:观察组下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,舒适度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理总配合度为95.45%,显著高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组遵医行为评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适与细节双渗透护理有利于加快VATS下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者术后康复,提高其护理舒适度和配合度,增强患者的遵医行为,护理满意度较高。Objective:To observe the application effects of comfort-detail double penetration nursing on patients undergoing mediastinal tumor resection under video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS).Method:A total of 87 patients undergoing mediastinal tumor resection under VATS in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from July 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group applied comfort-detail double penetration nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The getting out of bed activity time,hospital stay,complications,comfort,nursing cooperation,medical compliance behaviors and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of getting out of bed activity and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the comfort score was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The total nursing cooperation degree of the observation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of compliance behavior in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort-detail double penetration nursing is beneficial to speeding up the postoperative rehabilitation,enhancing the nursing comfort and cooperation and enhancing medical compliance
