多元化康复护理对心脏瓣膜置换术患者术后康复的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:分析多元化康复护理对心脏瓣膜置换术患者术后康复的影响。方法:2020年6月—2021年5月,通过整群抽样方法从江门市中心医院收治的心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中选取94例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(心脏瓣膜置换术常规护理)和观察组(多元化康复护理),各47例。比较两组患者的术后康复知识掌握率、康复训练依从性评分、并发症发生率、患者满意度。结果:观察组术后康复知识总掌握率及康复训练依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,患者总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心脏瓣膜置换术患者实施多元化康复护理能够提高其术后康复知识总掌握率、康复训练依从性,有助于降低并发症发生率,对于患者术后康复效果的提高具有积极的促进作用,效果令人满意。Objective:To analyze the influence of diversified rehabilitation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with heart valve replacement.Method:From June 2020 to May 2021,94 patients with heart valve replacement were selected from Jiangmen Central Hospital as study subjects by cluster sampling method,they were divided into control group(routine nursing of heart valve replacement)and observation group(diversified rehabilitation nursing)according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Postoperative rehabilitation knowledge mastery rate,rehabilitation training compliance score,complication rate and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The postoperative rehabilitation knowledge total mastery rate and rehabilitation training compliance score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the patients'total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of diversified rehabilitation nursing for patients with heart valve replacement can improve their total mastery rate of postoperative rehabilitation knowledge,rehabilitation training compliance,help to reduce the incidence of complications,has a positive promoting effect on the improvement of postoperative rehabilitation of patients,the effect is satisfactory.
