摘　　要：围绝经期是女性衰老过程中正常的生理现象并伴随相应的躯体、精神心理症状,临床上常采用绝经激素治疗来缓解围绝经期妇女的临床症状,但是大部分围绝经期女性的治疗现状不佳。因此,本文对国内外围绝经期女性绝经治疗依从性现状及影响因素进行综述,探讨提高绝经激素治疗依从性的干预措施,以期为提高其治疗依从性的护理临床实践提供参考。Perimenopause is a normal physiological phenomenon in the aging process of women,accompanied by corresponding physical and psychological symptoms.In clinical practice,menopausal hormone therapy is often used to alleviate the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal women,but the treatment status of most perimenopausal women is poor.Therefore,this article reviews the status quo and influencing factors of menopausal treatment compliance among peripheral menopausal women in China,and explores intervention measures to improve menopausal hormone treatment compliance,with a view to providing reference for nursing clinical practice to improve their treatment compliance.
