摘　　要：目的:血脂异常是动脉粥样硬化等疾病的独立性危险因素,在各年龄层均存在,且在老年群体里发病率逐年增高。本文通过对国内外血脂异常情况的研究及老年血脂异常患者管理的现状展开回顾性分析,旨在引起护理人员对老年血脂异常患者的重视,及早识别、干预血脂异常,同时应用互联网+的理念融入今后的延续性护理工作中,为制定血脂异常患者自我管理干预措施提供新思路。Dyslipidemia is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis and other diseases,which exists in all age groups,and the incidence rate of the elderly population increases year by year.Through a retrospective analysis of the research on dyslipidemia at home and abroad and the status quo of the management of elderly patients with dyslipidemia,this paper aims to draw the attention of nursing staff to elderly patients with dyslipidemia,identify and intervene in dyslipidemia as soon as possible,and apply the concept of Internet plus into the future continuous nursing work,so as to provide new ideas for developing self-management intervention measures for patients with dyslipidemia.
