并联对冲式消声器结构因子声学性能影响规律研究

摘  要:为有效减少柴油机在工作过程所产生的排气噪声,本文提出一种并联对冲式消声器结构方案,对其受结构因子声学性能的影响规律进行研究,探究进排气管管径、进排气管长度、排气内插管长度、对冲管长度、对冲管数量等结构因子在0-4000Hz频域内对传递损失的影响规律。研究发现,较小的进气管管径、较少的对冲管数量、较小的对冲管管径以及较长的对冲管长度均可以有效提高并联对冲式消声器传递损失,较长的排气内插管长度可有效提高中低频段传递损失,而排气管管径对并联对冲式消声器的声学传递损失影响不大。The diesel engine will continuously produce exhaust noise during the working process,which will cause harm to people's physical and mental health.With the increasingly stringent requirements of the country on noise environment,the control of diesel engine exhaust noise is becoming increasingly important.It is a very effective method to reduce the exhaust noise generated by diesel engine during operation by installing exhaust muffler.In this paper,a parallel opposed muffler structure scheme is proposed,and the influence of the structure factor on the acoustic performance is studied.Explore the influence of structural factors such as the diameter of intake and exhaust pipe,length of intake and exhaust pipe,length of exhaust pipe,length of offset pipe,number of offset pipes,etc.on the transfer loss in the frequency domain of 0Hz-4000Hz.Through research,it is found that smaller inlet pipe diameter,less number of offset pipes,smaller offset pipe diameter and longer offset pipe length can effectively improve the transmission loss of parallel offset muffler,and longer exhaust pipe length can effectively improve the transmission loss of middle and low frequency band,while the exhaust pipe diameter has little effect on the acoustic transmission loss of parallel offset muffler.
