摘 要:本文通过设计多组PEMS试验,研究国六重型柴油车尾气排放的试验重复性。研究表明,在PEMS重复试验中车速不一致引起的发动机瞬时油耗、废气流量、转速偏差,以及DPF载体中碳载量、反应效率不一致,是导致PEMS测试产生误差主要原因;厂家自检性质测试的NOx功基窗口比排放结果值需低于法规限值的55%,以保证车辆认证、抽检时的通过率。In this paper,several groups of PEMS tests were designed to study the repeatability of exhaust emissions of National heavy-duty diesel vehicles.The results show that the error of PEMS test is mainly caused by the deviation of instantaneous fuel consumption,exhaust flow and speed caused by the inconsistency of vehicle speed,and the inconsistency of carbon load and reaction efficiency in DPF carrier.The NOx power base window ratio emission result value of the manufacturer's self-inspection property test should be less than 55%of the legal limit value,in order to ensure the passing rate of vehicle certification and spot inspection.
