摘　　要：传统的水清洗用柱塞式高压水泵的十字头在工作中与泵体对摩,会使泵体严重磨损。为此,研制了一种双金属滑套,安装在泵体内侧,与十字头对摩。滑套采用双金属板材三次弯曲法冲压成圆,上下冲压模具材料分别为Cr12MoV、40Cr。滑套接缝采用焊接或搭扣连接的方式,最后滑套的内外圆表面需经过精加工达到使用要求。研制的滑套不仅可以用于修复旧的柱塞泵泵体,还可以用于新开发的泵体上,磨损之后直接更换滑套即可,提高了泵的可维修性。The crosshead of the conventional high pressure plunger type pump for water cleaning would slide against pump body directly.But the pump body would be worn seriously.So,a bi-metal sliding sleeve was developed,which be installed inside the pump body and slide against the crosshead.The sleeve is made to a circle from bi-metal plate by three times bending method.The materials of upper and lower dies are Cr12MoV and 40Cr respectively.The joint of bi-metal plate is connected by welding or buckling.Finally,the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding sleeve are machined finely,to meet the use requirements.The sliding sleeve can not only be used to repair the old plunger pump body,also be used on the pump body developed newly,which just replace the worn sliding sleeve directly.Then the maintainability of the plunger pump is improved.
