摘 要:高压共轨泵的传动结构在运转过程中承受较大交变载荷作用,针对传动部件接触过程的强度校核与疲劳寿命设计情况进行研究,通过对关键零部件如凸轮轴、滚轮、柱塞等结构接触关系的有限元模型分析传动件结构强度与可靠性水平。结果表明,在现有工况下,传动件结构强度均低于材料屈服强度,疲劳次数满足设计要求。The transmission structure of the high pressure common rail pump is subjected to large alternating loads during operation.The strength verification and fatigue life design of the transmission parts contact process are studied,and the structural strength and reliability level of the transmission parts are analyzed through the finite element model of the structural contact relationship of key components such as camshafts,rollers and plungers.The results show that under the existing working conditions,the structural strength of the transmission parts are lower than the material yield strength and the fatigue times meet the design requirements.
