摘 要:数控技术是近年来发展速度较快且应用优势显著的实用性科学技术之一,对于提升机械加工相关行业的生产效率具有重要意义。本文关注了数控技术应用于机械加工的基本概念、核心特征和推广必要性,并聚焦机床加工、机械工业、兵工业、航空制造、编程控制和智能生产管理六个方面对其具体应用展开分析,探讨了数控技术在机械加工领域的应用现状与发展方向。Numerical control technology is one of the practical science and technology with rapid development speed and significant application advantages in recent years,which is of great significance for improving the production efficiency of machining related industries.This paper focuses on the basic concept,core characteristics and the necessity of popularization of NC technology applied to mechanical processing,and focuses on six aspects of machine tool processing,machinery industry,military industry,aviation manufacturing,programming control and intelligent production management to analyze its specific application,and discusses the application status and development direction of digital control technology in the field of mechanical processing.
