摘 要:为进一步揭示橡胶颗粒对SMA沥青混合料性能改善的效果,本文对橡胶颗粒的技术性能进行了分析。为保证橡胶颗粒与沥青混合料良好的嵌挤作用,对SMA沥青混合料进行了专门的级配和配合比设计,主要取消了原级配中2.36~4.75mm粒径。对不同橡胶颗粒掺量(0,1%,2%,3%)下的改性沥青混合料的油石比、空隙率、稳定度、动稳定度等指标进行了试验,在铺筑的试验路段上对橡胶沥青混合料的减振、降噪特性和路用性能进行了现场测试。研究结果表明,R-SMA沥青混合料较普通的SMA沥青混合料可降低噪音2~6dB(A)。当橡胶颗粒的掺量在1%~3%时,R-SMA沥青混合料的动稳定度、水稳性等指标提高了30%~70%,性能改善显著。In order to further reveal the effect of rubber particles on improving the performance of SMA asphalt mixture,this paper analyzes the technical properties of rubber particles.In order to ensure a good intercalation effect between rubber particles and asphalt mixture,a special grading and mix design has been carried out for SMA asphalt mixture,mainly eliminating the original grading of 2.36~4.75mm particle size.Tests were conducted on the asphalt stone ratio,void ratio,stability,dynamic stability,and other indicators of modified asphalt mixtures with different rubber particle content(0,1%,2%,3%).Field tests were conducted on the vibration reduction,noise reduction,and road performance of the rubber asphalt mixture on the paved test road section.The research results show that R-SMA asphalt mixture can reduce noise by 2 to 6 dB(A)compared to ordinary SMA asphalt mixture.When the content of rubber particles is 1%~3%,the dynamic stability and water stability of R-SMA asphalt mixture are improved by 30%~70%,and the performance is significantly improved.
