摘　　要：为了保障在铁路货场吊装集装箱过程中的安全,研制集装箱偏载报警系统(以下简称“偏载报警系统”)。根据集装箱吊装作业现场需求,提出偏载报警系统功能和性能要求,介绍设计方案、工作原理和组成。偏载报警系统已在中国铁路北京局集团有限公司部分货运中心应用。应用结果表明,偏载报警系统能准确、快速监测集装箱吊装作业过程中集装箱偏载等现象,为集装箱吊装作业提供安全保障。In order to ensure the safety in the process of lifting containers in railway freight yard,a container unbal⁃ance alarm system(hereinafter referred to as"unbalance alarm system")is developed.The function and perfor⁃mance requirements of unbalance load alarm system are put forward according to the requirements of container lifting operation site.The paper introduces the design scheme,working principle and composition of unbalance load alarm system.The unbalance load alarm system has been applied in some freight centers of China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Corporation.The application results show that the unbalance load alarm system can accurately and quickly monitor the phenomenon of unbalance load during container lifting operation,which provides security guarantee for container lifting operation.
