摘　　要：在地铁列车维修后,需进行调试。在调试过程中,常需1个按键对应多路信号的遥控操作。为此,研制可编程无线遥控开关。遥控开关由遥控器和可编程接收模块组成。遥控器为通用遥控器,可编程接收模块内部安装有与遥控器配套的解码接收板和单片机等主要器件。单片机用于检测解码接收板输出的信号,并根据内部程序控制8路继电器通道输出,实现开关功能。通过编写不同程序,可实现不同功能,实现遥控器4个按键与8路继电器通道不同的对应关系。经模拟试验验证,设计方案能实现预设功能。After the metro train is repaired,it needs to be debugged.In the process of debugging,it is often necessary to use one key to correspond to the remote control operation of multiple signals.Therefore,a programmable wireless re⁃mote control switch is developed.The remote control switch consists of a remote controller and a programmable receiv⁃ing module.The remote controller is a universal remote controller,and the programmable receiving module is equipped with decoding receiving board and single chip microcomputer which are matched with the remote controller.Single chip microcomputer is used to detect the signal output from decoding receiving board,and control the output of eight relay channels according to internal program,so as to realize the switch function.By compiling different programs,different functions can be realized,and different corresponding relations between four keys and eight relay channels of remote controller can be realized.The simulation test proves that the design scheme can realize the preset function.
