摘  要:通过采用电子探针显微分析(EPMA)和扫描透射电子显微镜(STEM),研究了弥散相对Al-Mg-Si合金组织演变的影响。结果表明:合金在加热到550℃时,Mg和Si从枝晶中心开始偏析,Cr的偏析得以保留,晶界附近出现低Cr区。合金在300至450℃之间析出的β/β΄颗粒,会显著降低Mg和Si的基体浓度。当β/β΄颗粒开始溶解时,Mg和Si就会向晶界偏析。在450℃或更低的温度时,没有出现合金中与α-Al(FeCr)Si和α΄-AlCrSi弥散相共存的θ-AlCr相。在加热至均质温度时,弥散相析出对含Mg+Si相分布存在依赖性。The influence of dispersion on the microstructure evolution of Al-Mg-Si alloys was studied by electron probe microanalysis(EPMA)and scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM).The results show that when the alloy is heated to 550℃,Mg and Si segregate from the center of the dendrite,the segregation of Cr is retained,and a low Cr zone appears near the grain boundary.Theβ/β΄particles precipitated in the alloy between 300 and 450℃will significantly reduce the matrix concentration of Mg and Si.Once theβ/β΄particles begin to dissolve,Mg and Si will segregate to the grain boundaries.At 450℃or lower,theθ-AlCr phase coexisting withα-Al(FeCr)Si andα΄-AlCrSi dispersed phases does not appear in the alloy.When heated to a homogeneous temperature,the precipitation of the dispersed phase depends on the distribution of the Mg+Sicontaining phase.
