摘　　要：日益复杂化的实物捐赠与传统行政管理模式之间的冲突对医院捐赠管理提出新挑战。医院实物捐赠管理的关键在于运用协同管理的理念与原则,通过建立以完善捐赠管理制度体系为基础,以构建捐赠管理的决策机制、执行机制和监督机制为主线,以强化项目评估与绩效反馈为动力的实物捐赠协同管理机制,助力医院实物捐赠管理向现代化、专业化与规范化发展。The increasingly complex conflict between in-kind donations and traditional administrative management models poses new challenges to hospital donation management.The key to the management of in-kind donations in hospitals lies in the application of the concept and principles of collaborative management.By establishing a collaborative management mechanism for in-kind donations based on the improvement of the donation management system,with the construction of decision-making,execution,and supervision mechanisms for donation management as the main line,and with the strengthening of project evaluation and performance feedback as the driving force,we can help the management of in-kind donations in hospitals develop towards modernization,specialization,and standardization.
