摘　　要：公立医院不仅肩负着社会医疗服务责任,还承担着教学即未来医学人才的培养任务,以及科研即重要科学问题的攻关任务。公立医院高质量发展是优化医疗资源配置、提升医院现代化管理水平、增强核心竞争力的必然要求。本文以重庆医科大学附属第二医院乳腺甲状腺外科为例,介绍了重医附二院临床科室以党的二十大精神作为思想指导,围绕党的二十大对推进健康中国建设提出的新思路、新战略、新举措,在全面学习、全面把握、全面落实上以实际举措推动医院高质量发展的实践探索,为公立医院党建引领高质量发展提供参考。Public hospitals not only shoulder the responsibility of social medical services,but also undertake the task of training future medical talents through teaching as well as the task of tackling important scientific problems through scientific research.The high-quality development of public hospitals is an inevitable requirement for optimizing the allocation of medical resources,improving the modern management level of hospitals,and enhancing the core competitiveness.Taking the Breast and Thyroid Surgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University as an example,this article introduces the practice and exploration of the clinical departments of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,taking the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the ideological guidance,centering on the new ideas,new strategies and new measures put forward by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to promote the construction of a healthy China,and taking practical measures to promote the high-quality development of the hospital in terms of all-round study,comprehensive grasp and comprehensive implementation,to provide reference for public hospitals to lead high-quality development through party building.
