提升医院消防安全管理质量路径探析

摘　　要：在新发展阶段加强和提升医院消防安全管理质量,保障医院消防安全,是医院高质量发展过程中的一项重要任务。本文对目前医院消防安全管理中存在的主要问题进行梳理总结,并分析其成因。结合医院实际工作,就如何提高医院消防安全管理质量水平从网格化管理架构、标准化执行、智慧消防建设、全流程闭环式管理以及消防安全管理能力提升等方面提出解决路径和对策。In the new development stage,it is an important task in the process of high-quality development of hospitals to strengthen and improve the quality of hospital fire safety management and guarantee the hospital fire safety.This paper summarizes the main problems existing in the current hospital fire safety management,and analyzes the causes.Based on the actual work of the hospital,this paper puts forward solutions and countermeasures on how to improve the quality of fire safety management in the hospital from the aspects of grid management structure,standardized implementation,intelligent fire control construction,closed-loop management of the whole process and improvement of fire safety management ability.
