摘　　要：对新冠肺炎救治定点医院红区工作人员进行集中规范化的隔离管理,是落实院感防控、确保一线医务人员零感染的重要环节。文章介绍了作为新冠肺炎救治定点医院期间,公立医院充分发挥党委领导作用,以坚强的党政合力,通过构建管理机制、规范工作流程、严格人员管理、做好后勤保障与加强员工关心关爱等方面加强隔离酒店管理专班的建设与运行管理,为定点医院圆满完成医疗救治任务发挥了重要保障作用。希望为全球突发传染病大流行的国际环境下,定点医院驻点隔离酒店的规范化管理提供参考。The centralized and standardized isolation management of the staff in the contaminated area of the designated hospital for the treatment of Covid-19 is very essential for implementing the prevention and control of infection in hospitals and ensuring zero after-work infection of the frontline medical staff.This article introduces that during the period of COVID-19 treatment in designated hospitals,public hospitals gave full play to the leadership role of the Party Committee,strengthen the construction and operation management of the special group for isolation hotel management in detail from the aspects of building management mechanism,standardizing work flow,strict personnel management,ensuring logistics and emotional support,which played an important role in ensuring the designated hospital to successfully complete the medical treatment task.I hope to provide reference for the standardized management of designated hospitals and quarantine hotels in the international environment of the global outbreak of infectious diseases.
