转移性平滑肌瘤特征分析及ICD-10编码探讨

摘　　要：子宫平滑肌瘤是女性最常见的良性肿瘤,但有少数组织学表现良性的平滑肌瘤会发生转移现象。良性转移性平滑肌瘤在已发现的转移性子宫平滑肌瘤中较常被报道。本文通过从临床症状、流行病学、影像学、组织学四个方面概述良性转移性平滑肌瘤的特征并对我院收治的1例良性转移性平滑肌瘤患者病历进行分析,探讨其ICD-10疾病编码策略。收治的此例子宫肌瘤肺转移患者主要诊断编码D14.3,形态码M8890/0,其他诊断应编码D25.9,形态码M8890/0,考虑良性转移性平滑肌瘤与子宫手术史的密切关系,其他诊断应增加编码Z90.7。Uterine leiomyoma represent the most common benign tumors of the female,but a few benign leiomyomas may have metastasis.Benign metastasizing leiomyoma is more frequently reported in metastatic uterine leiomyoma.This article summarizes the characteristics of benign metastatic leiomyoma from clinical symptoms,epidemiology,imaging and histology.A case of benign metastatic leiomyoma was analyzed to explore its ICD-10 code.The main diagnosis of this case is D14.3,other diagnosis is D25.9 and behaviour codes are M8890/0.Considering the close relationship between benign metastatic leiomyoma and the history of uterine surgery,other diagnosis should add code Z90.7.
