摘  要:目的提高高干病房的护理质量。方法护士长通过分析高干病房患者、疾病、护理人员的特点,树立以人为本的管理理念,培养良好的沟通技巧,加强陪检管理,注重自身素质和护理专业技术提高,加强护理人才的培养,打造保健文化品牌、强化护理质量控制,营造宽松舒适积极向上的工作环境。结果护士自身素质和患者满意度提高,无护理纠纷和投诉现象。结论护士长良好的领导艺术能够提高整体的护理水平。Objective To improve the nursing quality of senior official wards.Methods By analyzing the characteristics of patients,diseases and nursing staff in senior official wards,the head nurse established the concept of people-oriented management,cultivated good communication skills,strengthened the management of the accompanied inspection,paid attention to the improvement of their own quality and nursing professional technology,strengthened the training of nursing talents,built a brand of health care culture,strengthened the control of nursing quality,and created a loose,comfortable and positive working environment.Results The quality of nurses and patient satisfaction were improved,and there were no nursing dispute or complaint.Conclusion Good leadership of head nurses can improve the overall nursing level.
