医院非常规检查全流程闭环管理信息化构建与应用

摘　　要：目的设计一套覆盖院内除了超声、放射、内镜、病理和心电等常规检查以外的检查系统,解决这些非常规检查系统手工书写报告等不闭环的现状。方法基于院内现有HIE平台,构建院内非常规检查通用预约、报告系统。结果系统实现预约、报道、叫号功能,实现与检查设备对接以及获取图像等数据并完成结构化报告。结论这套小检查通用系统解决了医院非常规检查长期以来手写报告、报告无法互联互通、业务流程不闭环等问题,提高医院信息化互联互通水平,同时也为医院实现无纸化提供基础。Objective To design a set of system covering routine examinations such as ultrasound,radiology,endoscopy,pathology and electrocardiography in our hospital to solve the current situation of non-closed loop such as manual report writing in these unconventional systems.Methods Based on the HIE platform,a general appointment and report system for non-routine examination was established.Results The system realized the functions of booking,reporting,calling,docking with inspection equipment,obtaining image data and completing structured report.Conclusion This general system for small examinations has solved the long-standing problems of handwritten reports,reports that cannot be interconnected,and business processes that are not closed loop for unconventional examinations in hospitals,improving the level of hospital information interconnection and providing a foundation for hospitals to achieve paperless development.
