无接触视频探视在疫情防控常态化背景下ICU探视管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨无接触视频探视在疫情防控常态化背景下重症监护病房(ICU)探视管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月莆田学院附属医院采取常规探视的63例ICU患者作为对照组,另选取2021年2月—2022年2月本院采取无接触视频探视的63例ICU患者作为观察组。比较两组病房空气细菌培养合格率,干预前后心理韧性、家属焦虑情绪及家属满意度。结果:观察组病房空气细菌培养合格率为100.00%,高于对照组的90.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组坚韧、乐观、自强评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组家属焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度为96.83%(61/63),高于对照组的87.30%(55/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无接触视频探视应用于疫情防控常态化背景下ICU探视管理中,可减少医院感染发生,进一步增强患者心理韧性水平,减轻家属焦虑情绪,从而获得更高的家属满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of contactless video visitation in intensive care unit(ICU)visitation management under the background of epidemic prevention and control normalization.Method:From January 2020 to January 2021,63 ICU patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University who adopted the routine visiting were selected as the control group,and from February 2021 to February 2022,63 ICU patients in our hospital who adopted the contactless video visitation were selected as the observation group.The qualified rate of bacterial culture in the air of wards,psychological resilience,family anxiety mood before and after intervention and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The qualified rate of bacterial culture in the air of wards in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 90.48%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of perseverance,optimism and self-improvement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the family anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of the observation group was 96.83%(61/63),which was higher than 87.30%(55/63)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of contactless video visitation in ICU visitation management under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control can reduce the happen of hospital infection,further enhance the level of patients'psychological resilience,reduce the anxiety of family members,and thus obtain higher family satisfaction.
