摘  要:目的:探究重组人促红细胞生成素联合神经节苷脂钠治疗急性重症颅脑损伤的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年5月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的90例急性重症颅脑损伤患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各45例。两组入院后给予常规治疗,患者生命体征平稳、病情控制后,对照组给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液,试验组在对照组基础上加用重组人促红细胞生成素治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后神经损伤因子、氧化应激因子。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、中枢神经特异蛋白(S100-β)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)、过氧化脂质(LPO)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人促红细胞生成素联合神经节苷脂钠治疗急性重症颅脑损伤患者可获得理想的效果,可以减轻患者神经损伤、氧化应激。Objective:To investigate the effect of Recombinant Human Erythropoietin combined with Sodium Ganglioside in the treatment of acute severe traumatic brain injury.Method:A total of 90 patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury who admitted to Chongqing Kaizhou District People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given routine treatment after admission,the vital signs of the patients were stable,and after the condition was controlled,the control group was given Mo nosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection,and the experimental group was added the Recombinant Human Erythropoietin treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,nerve injury factors and oxidative stress factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),central nervous system specific protein(S100-β)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP),8-isoprostaglandin F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)and lipid peroxide(LPO)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant Human Erythropoietin combined with Sodium Ganglioside can achieve ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury,which can reduce nerve injury,oxidative stress of patients.
