摘　　要：在明确实践育人与乡村振兴的内在作用和外在联系的基础上,综合分析研究乡村振兴战略下的人才需求,探索高等农业院校实践育人过程中存在的主要问题并进行反思,提出在乡村振兴视域下高等农业院校实践育人的提升策略及可行路径。In this paper,the talent demand under the rural revitalization strategy is comprehensively analyzed and studied on the basis of clarifying the internal role and external connection between practical education and rural revitalization.The main problems existing in the process of practical education in higher agricultural colleges and universities are explored and reflected.Therefore,the promotion strategy and feasible path of practical education in higher agricultural colleges and universities are proposed from the perspective of rural revitalization.
