摘 要:为了更好地解决显微装置快速自动对焦与精准定位对显示图像清晰度的影响问题,文章通过改进爬山对焦算法在反向搜索判据方面的合理取值,提升了完成对焦后的图像清晰度,优化了自动对焦的速度,有效地提升了显微装置系统图像的高清晰度快速自动对焦性能。实验结果表明:基于改进爬山算法,图像对焦速度方面提高了35.92%,图像清晰度方差值提升了6.32%,有效地提高了显微装置系统的对焦速度和精度。In order to better solve the problem that the rapid autofocus and precise positioning of the microscopic device affect the clarity of the display image,in this paper,by improving the reasonable value of the mountain-climbing focusing algorithm in the reverse search criterion,the image clarity after focusing is improved,the speed of automatic focusing is optimized,and the high-definition and fast automatic focusing performance of the microscopic device system image is effectively improved.The experimental results show that based on the improved mountain-climbing algorithm,the image focusing speed is increased by 35.92%,and the image clarity variance is increased by 6.32%,which effectively improves the focusing speed and accuracy of the microscopic device system.
