摘 要:为探究煤巷树脂锚杆承载时锚固结构内部传力规律及其破坏机理,通过制作锚固模型开展了室内拉拔加载试验。试验中,使用压力与位移传感器记录锚固模型的荷载-位移关系曲线;使用应变片、静态应变仪监测锚杆及围岩内部各测点的应变数据。研究结果表明:锚固模型的荷载-位移关系曲线可分为弹性变形阶段、损伤脱黏阶段及完全脱黏阶段,破坏形态为锚固剂-围岩界面滑移脱黏与围岩开裂混合破坏;锚杆轴力与锚固界面剪应力值沿锚固方向大致呈负指数衰减,在锚固端部附近达到最大;锚固段围岩轴向截面上的应力随距锚孔距离的增大而减小,当距孔口距离相同时围岩轴向应力沿锚固方向单调递减,锚端孔口附近应力最大。最后基于传力规律总结了树脂锚固结构的5种破坏模式及对应的发生条件。In order to explore the internal force transfer law and failure mechanism of the anchor structure when the resin anchor is loaded in the coal roadway,the indoor pull-out loading test is carried out by making the anchor model.In the test,pressure and displacement sensors are used to record the load displacement curve of the anchorage model;strain gauges and static strain gauges are used to monitor the strain data of anchor bolts and various measuring points inside the surrounding rock.The results show that:the load displacement relationship curve of the anchorage model can be divided into elastic deformation stage,damage debonding stage and complete debonding stage,the failure mode is the mixed failure of anchorage agent surrounding rock interface sliding debonding and surrounding rock cracking;the axial force of the anchor rod and the shear stress at the anchorage interface decrease exponentially along the anchorage direction and reach the maximum near the anchorage end;the stress on the axial section of the surrounding rock in the anchoring section decreases with the increase of the distance from the anchor hole,when the distance from the hole is the same,the axial stress of the surrounding rock decreases monotonously along the anchoring direction,and the stress near the hole at the anchor end is the largest.Finally,five failure modes and corresponding occurrence conditions of resin anchored structures are summarized based on the force transfer law.
