摘  要:针对营盘壕煤矿大埋深、厚煤层留窄煤柱开掘2202工作面辅运顺槽的问题,研究沿空巷道基本顶断裂位置对窄煤柱护巷的稳定和巷道围岩变形的影响,沿空巷道的开掘其基本顶会发生4种断裂形式,采用3DEC数值模拟软件对不同断裂形式进行了模拟研究。模拟结果表明:断裂位置在窄煤柱外侧3 m时,护巷效果明显;断裂位置位于巷道上方和实体煤内侧3 m时窄煤柱所受载荷较大且变形严重,窄煤柱稳定性差,无法承载覆岩载荷,巷道围岩塑性区范围增大,对于护巷极为不利;所以巷道应开掘在基本顶断裂位置的内侧、窄煤柱上方和外侧采空区一侧,巷道围岩变形小,窄煤柱稳定有利于护巷。In view of the problems of large burial depth,thick coal seam and narrow coal pillar in 2202 working face of Yingpanhao coal mine,the influence of the foundation capping position of gob side roadway on the stability of narrow coal roadway has been studied.The pillar roadway protection and roadway surrounding rock are studied.There are four types of cracks in the roof slab of gob-side excavation foundations.3DEC numerical simulation software is used to simulate and study different fracture forms.The simulation results show that the crack position is 3 m outside the narrow coal pillar,and the road protection effect is obvious;when the fracture position is above the roadway and 3 m inside the solid coal,the narrow coal pillar is subjected to large force,serious deformation,and poor stability of the narrow coal pillar.Unable to carry the overlying load,the plastic area of the surrounding rock of the roadway increases,which is extremely unfavorable for road protection;therefore,the roadway should be excavated within the basic capping position,above the narrow coal pillar,and on the side of the outer goaf to deform the surrounding rock of the roadway small.Narrow coal pillars are stable for road protection.
