摘 要:为了探究复采工作面在上分层煤柱下方推进过程中的矿压显现机理,针对虎峰煤业2#煤层上分层煤柱下综放复采工作面的强矿压显现特征,采用理论分析的方法研究了复采工作面顶煤应力变化规律,采用数值模拟的方法对影响顶煤应力变化规律的多个因素进行研究。结果表明:煤柱集中应力影响作用下使下方煤层内的应力重新分布是工作面出现强矿压显现的根本原因,主要受垂直应力和水平应力的影响;发现复采工作面在较窄煤柱下方推进过程中,工作面上方顶煤应力变化规律可近似认为是工作面在较宽煤柱下方推进时的应力变化规律的一部分;煤柱宽度不影响顶煤应力的整体变化规律,但煤柱宽度越大,顶煤高应力区的范围也越大。煤层埋深越大,顶煤应力曲线峰值越高。煤的力学参数不同时,顶煤应力曲线的峰值大小及高应力区域的大小都会发生变化。In order to explore the mechanism of mine pressure behavior in the process of advancing under the upper slicing coal pillar in the No.2 coal seam of Hufeng coal industry,according to the characteristics of strong ground pressure behavior in the fully mechanized top-coal caving mining face under the upper slicing coal pillar,the change law of top coal stress in the mining face was studied by theoretical analysis method,and several factors influencing the change law of top coal stress were studied by numerical simulation method.The results show that the redistribution of stress in the lower coal seam under the influence of concentrated stress of coal pillar is the fundamental cause of strong ground pressure in working face,which is mainly influenced by vertical stress and horizontal stress.It is found that the stress variation law of top coal above the working face can be approximately considered as a part of the stress variation law when the working face advances below the narrow coal pillar.The width of coal pillar does not affect the overall change law of top coal stress,but the larger the width of coal pillar,the larger the range of top coal high stress zone.The greater the buried depth of coal seam,the higher the peak value of top coal stress curve.When the mechanical parameters of coal are different,the peak value of top coal stress curve and the size of high stress area will change.
