摘 要:以某煤矿薄煤层高瓦斯工作面为研究背景,进行运输巷原支护、补强支护2种情况的巷道应力分析,利用数值模拟为巷道补强支护提供参考依据。并采用“分离岩块法”对数值模拟确定的合理巷旁充填体宽度下充填体的承载力进行验算,最终确定留巷墙体宽度为1.0 m。原巷道顶板采用金属锚杆、锚索、钢带、金属网联合支护,帮部锚杆支护补强。巷旁采用1.0 m的预制袋混凝土墙体支护。临时加强支护为“一梁四柱”的支护方式。在不计0213上201工作面沿空留巷带来的其他间接效益情况下,该支护方式仅节省区段煤柱和减少掘巷就可创造经济效益944.04万元。Taking the high gas working face of thin coal seam in a coal mine as the research background,the roadway stress analysis of the original support and reinforcement support of the transportation roadway was carried out,and the numerical simulation was used to provide reference for roadway reinforcement support.The bearing capacity of the filling body under the reasonable width of the roadside filling body determined by the numerical simulation was checked by the"separation rock block method",and finally the width of the retaining wall was determined to be 1.0 m.The roof of the original roadway is supported by metal bolt,anchor cable,steel belt and metal mesh,and the bolt support of the side is strengthened.The roof of the original roadway is supported by metal bolt,anchor cable,steel belt and metal mesh,and the bolt support of the side is strengthened.The roadway is supported by 1.0 m precast bag concrete wall.Temporary strengthening support for the"beam four columns"support.Without considering other indirect benefits brought by gob-side entry retaining in 0213up201 working face,this support method can only save section coal pillar and reduce roadway excavation to create economic benefits of 9.4404 million yuan.
