摘  要:为了解决保德煤矿大区域瓦斯治理问题,在保德煤矿81210工作面完成了3353 m超长定向钻孔,应用COMSOL软件模拟了煤层超长定向钻孔单侧和双侧抽采方式的瓦斯抽采压力分布,观测了3353 m超长定向钻孔的纯瓦斯量和百米钻孔瓦斯流量等抽采数据,拟合了瓦斯抽采率曲线。结果表明:双侧抽采方式超长定向钻孔的抽采效果优于单侧抽采方式,其纯瓦斯量是单侧抽采方式的1.9~2.7倍,百米钻孔抽采量是单侧抽采方式的7倍,衰减速率是单侧抽采定向钻孔的1/3,是常规钻孔的1/20,可以实现高瓦斯矿井在低瓦斯状态下的安全回采。In order to solve the problem of gas control in large area of Baode colliery,3353 m long directional drilling was completed in working face 81210 of Baode colliery.COMSOL software was used to simulate the gas drainage pressure distribution of unilateral and bilateral drainage methods of coal seam long directional drilling.The pure gas volume and gas flow rate of 3353 m long directional drilling were observed,and the gas drainage rate curve was fitted.The results show that the drainage effect of the double-side drainage mode with super-long directional drilling is better than that of the single-side drainage mode,and its pure gas volume is between 1.9 times and 2.7 times of that in the single-side drainage mode,and the drainage volume of the 100-meter drilling mode is 7 times of that in the single-side drainage mode,and its attenuation rate is 1/3 of that in the single-side drainage directional drilling mode and 1/20 of that in the conventional drilling mode,which can realize the safe mining of high-gas mines under low gas conditions.
