摘　　要：针对麻家梁矿主井提升机尾绳钢丝绳运行状态的监测仅依靠固定于尾绳平台的摄像头由人工监视,自动化水平低,且无法监测整个提升系统运行状态。通过安装在箕斗可移动的智能视频采集和无线传输装置,成功地实现对提升机运行工况智能监视,并对尾绳设备运行状态异常进行报警,在矿井的应用效果良好,其社会效益明显。The monitoring of the running state of the tail rope and wire rope of the hoist in a master mine only relies on the camera fixed on the tail rope platform to be monitored manually,which has a low level of automation and cannot monitor the running state of the whole hoisting system.Through the movable intelligent video acquisition and wireless transmission device installed in the skip,the intelligent monitoring of the operation condition of the hoist is successfully realized,and the alarm of the abnormal operation state of the tail rope equipment is given.The application effect in the mine is good,and its social benefit is obvious.
