摘 要:利用热重分析仪对不同掺混比例生物质与煤矸石共燃烧特性进行研究。结果表明,生物质在210℃~480℃发生明显的双峰燃烧反应,分别对应挥发分和残炭燃烧,而煤矸石则在350℃~630℃发生单峰燃烧反应。生物质与煤矸石掺混降低了混合物的燃点,但共燃烧反应失重速率的实验值与计算值差别较小,表明共燃烧过程中生物质未能有效提高煤矸石的燃烧活性。通过K2CO3催化煤矸石燃烧推断,生物质中碱金属矿物质含量较低及其与煤矸石中矿物质反应导致活性降低是生物质未能显著促进煤矸石燃烧的主要原因。但生物质低燃点、高活性的优点,及煤矸石中矿物质潜在的固定生物质中活泼碱金属的能力,依然表明生物质与煤矸石掺混燃烧是一种较好的共处理方式。The co-combustion characteristics of biomass and coal gangue were studied by thermograv imetric analyzer.The results showed that the biomass has obvious two combustion peaks in 210℃-480℃,corresponding to volatile and residual carbon combustion,respectively.While the combustion of the coal gangue was a single-peaked reaction that occurred in 350℃-630℃.The initial co-combustion temperature of biomass and coal gangue decreased with the addition of biomass,while limited difference appeared between the experimental and calculated curves,indicated that the interaction of biomass and coal gangue in the co-combustion process was limited.Through the comparison of catalytic combustion of coal gangue by K2CO3 catalyst,it was deduced that the low content of the active catalytic component in the biomass and the interaction of the minerals between the coal gangue and biomass might be the reasons of the biomass blending did not significantly promote the combustion reaction of the coal gangue.The advantages of low ignition point and high combustion activity of biomass,as well as the potential solidification of alkali metals by coal gangue minerals,still indicated that co-combustion biomass with coal gangue is a good co-utilization process.
