摘 要:针对潘集选煤厂2#原煤煤泥含量大、矸石易泥化,浮选入料中高灰细粒级含量大的问题,分析了原煤粒度组成和高灰细泥对浮选的危害,提出脱泥两次浮选工艺流程,介绍了浮选入料脱泥池的结构、原理和工艺效果。实践表明,经脱泥两次浮选工艺,可得到平均灰分为10.66%、产率为55.70%的浮选精煤,尾煤灰分、可燃体回收率和浮选完善指标分别为70.84%、79.40%和63.50%,生产指标良好,浮选精煤灰分符合要求,避免重介精煤“背灰”,总精煤产率进一步提高。In view of the problems of large content of 2#raw coal slime,easy sliming of gangue and large content of high ash fine particles in flotation feed in Panji coal preparation plant,the particle size composition of raw coal and the harm of high ash fine mud to flotation are analyzed,the process flow of desliming and twice flotation is put forward,and the structure,principle and process effect of flotation feed desliming tank are introduced.The practice shows that after desliming and twice flotation process,the flotation clean coal with average ash content of 10.66%and yield of 55.70%can be obtained.The tail coal ash,combustible recovery and flotation improvement indexes are 70.84%,79.40%and 63.50%respectively.The production indexes are good.The ash content of flotation clean coal meets the requirements,avoids the"back ash"of dense medium clean coal,and the total clean coal yield is further improved.
