摘 要:以氢氧根为变量制出不同碱化度的铝钛聚合物(PATC),以及对比分析了其与聚铝、氯化铝对煤泥水的沉降效果,并结合Zeta电位与显微技术分析了其沉降特性的作用机理。结果表明在碱化度0.5下铝钛聚合物用量为0.8 kg/t时,PATC的絮团粒径最大,为80.1μm,较聚铝、氯化铝作用下絮团增大1.85与2.92倍,电位提升了36.79 mV,且药剂用量最小,说明阳离子价位越高,中和电位越强,颗粒更易聚集沉降,因此高价位阳离子是进一步提高微细粒难沉降煤泥水沉降效果与降低药耗的发展方向之一。Aluminum titanium polymer with different alkalinity degree was prepared by using hydroxide as variable,and the sedimentation effect of PATC,polyaluminum and aluminum chloride on coal slime water was compared and analyzed,and the mechanism of its sedimentation characteristics was analyzed by combining Zeta potential and microscopic technique.The results show that when the alkalization degree is 0.5 and the amount of Al-Ti polymer is 0.8 kg/t,PATC has the largest particle size of 80.1μm,which is 1.85 and 2.92 times larger than that under the action of polyaluminum and aluminum chloride,and the potential increases 36.79 mV,and the dosage of reagent is the smallest,indicating that the higher the cation price,the stronger the neutralization potential.Particles are more likely to aggregate and settle,so high-value cations are one of the development directions to further improve the settling effect of coal slime water and reduce the drug consumption.
