摘  要:为了研究不同温拌剂对橡胶沥青(AR)性能的影响,在AR中分别加入Sasobit和ACMP-1制备两种温拌橡胶沥青,通过动态剪切流变试验、弯曲梁蠕变试验、多重应力蠕变恢复试验、布氏粘度试验等评价不同温拌剂对AR流变特性及施工和易性的影响。结果表明:两种温拌剂的加入进一步增强了AR的高温抗车辙性能,Sasobit改善效果优于ACMP-1;ACMP-1对AR的中温抗疲劳性能提升不大,Sasobit能显著提高AR中温抵抗疲劳开裂能力;两种温拌剂对AR的低温性能均有不利影响,Sasobit的不利影响更为显著;两种温拌剂都能降低AR粘度,改善AR胶结料的施工和易性。To investigate the effect of warm mix additives on the performance of rubber asphalt(AR),two warm asphalt rubber binders were prepared by adding Sasobit and ACMP-1 warm mixes to AR,respectively.The effects of different warm mix additives on AR rheological properties and construction workability were evaluated by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),bending beam rheometer(BBR),multi-stress creep recovery(MSCR)and Brookfield viscosity test.Based on the high-temperature performance results,the rutting resistance of AR was further improved by the two warm mixing agents,with Sasobit performing relatively better than ACMP-1.Also,Sasobit considerably improved the fatigue resistance of AR at medium temperature,while ACMP-1 showed insignificant effect.In terms of low temperature cracking resistance,both additives had negative effects,which was more pronounced for sasobit.Meanwhile,the viscosity of AR was reduced after Sasobit and ACMP-1 were added,indicating that both additives can effectively improve the workability of AR mixes.
