摘 要:目的:测定仙桃草中木犀草素、芹菜素、金圣草素等3种黄酮类成分的含量。方法:以甲醇提取制备分析样品,采用纳谱ChromeCore C 18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(23:77)为流动相,流速1 mL/min,检测波长为350 nm(木犀草素、金圣草素)和337 nm(芹菜素),柱温35℃。结果:木犀草素、芹菜素、金圣草素在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9996),平均加样回收率分别为97.79%、98.77%、97.28%,RSD分别为0.94%、0.91%、0.77%。13批样品的木犀草素含量在0.0391~0.7979 mg/g之间,平均值为0.5503 mg/g;芹菜素含量在0.0556~0.2655 mg/g,平均值为0.1938 mg/g;金圣草素含量在0.0575~0.2484 mg/g,平均值为0.1711 mg/g。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于仙桃草质量控制。Objective To determine the Luteolin,Apigenin and Chrysoeriol from Veronica peregrina L.by HPLC.Methods Samples for analysis were prepared by methanol,the analysis was performed on a 35℃themostatic Nano ChromeCore C18 column(250 mmx4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(23∶77)flowing at 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength were set at 350 nm for Luteolin and Chrysoeriol and 337 nm for Apigenin.Results Luteolin,Apigenin and Chrysoeriol show good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9996),whose average recoveries were 97.79%,98.77%and 97.28%,with the RSDs of 0.94%,0.91%and 0.77%,respectively.The contents of the Luteolin,Apigenin and Chrysoeriol of the 13 samples were varied between 0.0391-0.7979 mg/g,0.0556-0.2655 mg/g and 0.0575-0.2484 mg/g,with the averages of 0.5503 mg/g,0.1938 mg/g and 0.1711 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion This accurate,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Purslane Speedwell.
