摘　　要：黄柳向教授认为功能性便秘的病位在大肠,与脾(胃)肝肺肾相关,主要病因有年老体弱、劳倦久病、饮食不节和情志失调,以“虚、热、湿、郁”为基本病机,脾胃虚弱为本,燥热、湿热、气滞为标,导致大肠传导失司。临床辨证可分虚实两端,重视脏腑辨证,以脾虚失运证、肠道热结证、湿热内蕴证、肝郁脾虚证最为多见,治以益气健脾助运、泄热通腑润肠、健脾利湿通便、疏肝健脾理气,并注重指导患者进行生活调护。According to Professor Huang Liuxiang,the disease of functional constipation is located in the large intestine,related to spleen(stomach),liver,lung and kidney.The main etiology is old age and infirmity,fatigue and chronic illness,irregular diet and mood disorders.The basic pathogenesis was“deficiency,heat,dampness and depression”,spleen and stomach weakness was the basis,and dry heat,damp heat and Qi stagnation as the standard,leading to the conduction dysfunction of the large intestine.Clinical dialectics can be divided into deficiency and reality,emphasizing the dialectics of Zang-Fu Organs,with the syndrome of loss of transport of spleen deficiency,intestinal heat knot,dampness-heat accumulation,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome being the most common.Treatment should be based on invigorating Qi and invigorating spleen to help transport,draining heat to replenish Fu organs and moisten intestines,invigorating spleen to relieve constipation,regulating liver and spleen to regulate Qi,and paying attention to guiding patients to carry out life care.
