基于经筋理论探讨筋针治疗肩痹的临床思路

摘　　要：筋针疗法是南京中医药大学刘农虞教授基于《灵枢·经筋》并结合多年临床经验总结而提炼的一种经典针刺方法。筋针将肩痹纳入经筋病范畴,通过辨病筋-选筋穴-筋针法的临床辨治思路,对肩痹病进行诊治。本文详细梳理筋针治疗肩痹的临床辨治思路,以期为针灸治疗筋病提供新的思维模式。Sinew acupuncture therapy which was refined by the professor LIU Nongyu is based on the classical theory of Lingshu.According to sinew acupuncture,shoulder pain belongs to impediment of the sinew,and it carries out in three steps including identification meridian sinew,selection acupuncture points,determine manipulation.In this paper,the thoughts of sinew acupuncture therapy on shoulder pain is presented,and it is expected to enrich the clinical treatment plan for shoulder pain and provide thinking mode reference for acupuncture on disease of meridian tendon.
