摘 要:导电润滑脂主要起电力设备电接触部位的导电、防腐和抗磨作用,导电润滑脂是保证电力设备稳定、高效运转的关键。文章介绍了导电润滑脂添加剂和导电润滑机理,并对制备的导电脂的物理化学性能及润滑性能进行了分析评价,同时介绍了课题组对导电润滑脂的一些研究工作,并提出了未来发展方向。Conductive grease is mainly used where two electrical equipment have electrical contact and plays the effect of conduction of electricity,corrosion prevention and wear resistance.Conductive grease is critical to ensure the stable and efficient operation of electrical equipment.In this paper,the conductive grease additives and the mechanism of conductive greasing are introduced,and the physical and chemical properties and lubricating properties of the conductive grease prepared are analyzed and evaluated.Moreover,some efforts of the research team on conductive grease are presented,and the future development direction is put forward.
